TO KNOW CHRIST &
TO MAKE HIM KNOWN
TO KNOW CHRIST
"That I may know Him, and the power of His
resurrection, and the
fellowship of His sufferings,
being made comformable
unto His death."
Philippians 3:10
The word "know" means more than having a knowledge about who Jesus is; it means to have a close relationship with Him. So we believe it is necessary not only to start a relationship with Christ, but to grow in that relationship (2 Peter 3:18), becoming more like Christ (Romans 8:29).
TO MAKE HIM KNOWN
"I will sing of the mercies
of the LORD for ever:
with my mouth will I
make known Thy faithfulness
to all generations."
Psalm 89:1
The Lord Jesus is our merciful and faithful High Priest Who gave Himself as a ransom for ALL (Hebrews 2:17; 1 Timothy 2:6).
So it is our goal to make known
the good news of Jesus Christ to our community and help spread it across the whole world (Acts1:8).
